Anyone know the height and length for a 4506/63/66 straight grip handle?

Are you asking for frame dimensions of the grip area or dimensions of the grip itself? SFAIK, the 10xx and 45xx series used the same grips, with minor exceptions for the frame mounted decocker versions of the 10xx series.
