Suppressor height sights

I have two S&W M&( 2.0 compact pistols, one in 9mm and one in 10mm. Both are optic ready with suppressor height sights which I do not like. does anyone know where I can get regular sights ( or night sights) to fit these pistols, the slide is milled very close to the rear and all I see have an offset to the rear which would put the sight back beyond end of slide?

FYI, Dawson sights often require fitting with a file, so if you get a set and they don't go in easily, don't just assume that you need a bigger hammer for your punch.
