Hello,

New to this forum, spend time over at AR15.com. I just put a Model 19-3 on layaway at the pawn shop. The serial number I researched showed made in 1972-3 according to first two digits I could remember. I probably will be paying a little too much for it $419 pre tax. It's nostalgia though. I have wanted a Blued Four inch Model 19 since shooting my Dad's at age 10. He had to sell not long after since my older brother got into drugs bad. I hope to share this with my Dad who is retired now. Lost my brother to drugs in 1980. Well it's good to be here.
