Newbie checking in from Kalifornistan.

My current S&W holdings include:
500 magnum 8 3/8"
Modern 629 4"
27-3 6"
Model 41 7"
PC1911 4 inch.

Looking to get deeper into the wonderful world of pre-lock revolvers. I'm here to learn... :)

10 welcomes from all over and nobody has told me to move to a free state! :p The challenges of firearms enthusiasts in California are well documented and the constant barrage on some forums telling me to pack up an move get tiring at times... we like our guns out here too and most of us figure out legal ways to own pretty much anything we want. ;)

Over the last several years my appreciation for S&W products has increased with every purchase, from what i can tell they make a spectacular firearm and all five of mine meet that standard. I really look forward to learning more here and getting to "know" some of the good folks. My purchase of a 27-3 with a wood case in need of some love led me to search Joe Cebull for restoration and that led me to this forum. Really good to be here.
