Hello, all.
I live in BC, Canada and I have been a fan of S&W for over 40 years. I bought my first one when I was still in high school - a Model 65, 357 mag with a 4 inch bull barrel. I loved that thing! The next one was a Model 19 in 357 mag with target sights which I used for club target shoots and small competitions when I was at university. Then came marriage and responsibilities, and the hobby had to take a back seat. Sold all my guns and never touched one again for twenty years... Now I have rediscovered my fascination with the brand - far superior to C- and R- (dirty words...) in my opinion. In particular I like the old No. 3 frame top break revolvers from the 1870's to 1890's. Revolver perfection happened already 140 years ago. Not much new since then...
So, I will be perusing the antique sections mostly, hoping to learn more about these fascinating marvels of engineering.

Welcome!

Hi!
Welcome to the forum!
I know those Canuck laws firsthand.....
Pursuing the antique route is a good idea. There are some fine antique S&Ws out there that make for some good shootin'!
