Just joined and enjoying it already. Have been hunting, shooting and reloading for many a moon. Originally joined the forum at the recommendation of a friend in hopes that a S&W exec would read my post about poor customer service and take some action. After registering, I realized this site is really cool and could provide a wealth of enjoyment.

Can anyone suggest which forum would be good to post my service woes? I am also hoping someone has a good escalation list for getting help with my Contender.
