Hello from Manistique, Michigan

I have been reading the forum for a few months but when I logged on tonight the banner suggested I introduce myself - so here we go. I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan on the north shore of Lake Michigan for the last three years. A lot of predators roaming around here - wolf, bear, fox, cyote, cougar, bobcat, etc. - so my wife and I went and took handgun lessons and got our CCW. We have seen all the predators listed at one time or another within range of our place if not in the yard. So, when we walk our four dogs we carry a pistol with us. We recently purchased a Model 1000 20 ga. for my wife and I purchased a Remington 870 Magnum as well. Our handguns are a Model 67, a Model 637, a Model 22A and a Model 4566TSW. We really enjoy our time at the range together and will do some skeet this summer as well. We love our S & W firearms. I bought my son a Model 4566 for Christmas because he enjoyed shooting mine so much. Thanks for having me! Rick Pink
