New member here. I recently brought home a 28-2 4" Highway Patrolman. It replaces the 6" same model I sold about 5 years ago. From the minute I sold it I regretted it more than most anything I have ever done. It has been a long wait, but I now feel a little better. I'll feel a lot better when I add a 6"er to the family once again.
I also have the model 36 snubby my father carried as a backup gun as a Police Officer. It was well worn and beginning to show some rust so I had it re-blued. It was not going to be a collectors item since I consider it something to pass down to one of my kids and wanted it to be in good shape for them.
I have a number of other guns (pistols and rifles) but consider my Smith's my favorites. I found out I'm really a wheel gun kind of person.
