Helo Everyone, The wife and I finally got our FID and 2 handgun purchase permits. It not easy in Jersey but we did it. I bought a S&W Governor with a Crimson laser sight yesterday and tomorrow she is getting a model #637 S&W 38 special pink.The gun shops are booming. We are happy to be new NRA members. More and more of us are exercising our rights. We are firm believers in the second ammendment. I am an Air Force veteren and concerned where we are headed. I am proud to join the S&W family.

GOVERNOR:
Well I bought the Governor with Crimson trace grips and really like it. My wife was going to buy a lady Smith but walked out with a # 686 4", 357 magnum. I got a spent colt 45 with the Governor in brown envelope initialed by the factory. The #686 did not have one with it. Should she have gotten a spent round with hers? Does anyone know.

The 686 was probably made before S&W before started shipping spent cases with new guns. No big deal Jersey does not require them anyway. Have fun feel free to ask questions. Lots of good info here. Welcome...
