Hello from Northern CA

Hi all. I'm active duty Air Force stationed in northern CA, originally from South Carolina. I just purchased my first firearm, a 9mm Shield. It will be used for home defense and for my wife to carry once we save the $200+ for her ccw. I'll pick myself up one in the future. I work on base nearly everyday and can't carry there, thats another thread itself.
