Hello!
I'm a new member from Ohio. Several years ago my horse was attacked by a pit bull. You folks had a discussion about it and a S&W owner/friend was kind enough to pass on your comments. You were very supportive and I thank you for that. I recently purchased my first gun, for the purpose of concealed carry. I'm looking forward to learning a lot here!

Thanks everybody! I have already learned a lot. Concealed carry class for the next three evenings and my question is "how to carry it?". I have the basic S&W 38 Special and given my size, this is a pretty big gun for me. I got it to carry when I ride my horse in the park, this is where we have had huge problems. Cross draw under a vest looks like my best plan and I love some of the holsters found in some of your links.
