Hi guys new to the forum but not new to S&W firearms. I have had a couple pass through my finger 4006 and 3914 and now currently have an M&P 9c (FDE) in 9mm and just purchased a performance center shield. Looking to ask a question and this may not be the right category. With the shield I purchased critical duty rounds, I know these are meant for full size pistols and Ihave seen everything that I can find on the subject. What is everyones thought on these in a shield? Will they expand properly? I was thinking, here in the Northwest for most of the year folks are wearing layered clothing and god forbid I would ever have to use it my thought was that the penetration would be better with the critical duty, thoughts?
