I can recommend the Hamilton Bown Rough country rear sight with the target blade that I have installed on two of my 625's.

That's for the info guys. I had did a Google search and seen both of them. They are at the top of my list to look at close.

Another vote for the Jack Weigand sight. I have one on my 3" 625 and love it. The quality is top notch. Don't forget to order the wndage screw kit if you get one.

I think the LPA adjustable rear sight for S&W revolvers is fantastic: http://www.lpasights.com/catalogTXT.html

I have one on my 629 paired with a .300 tall SDM fiber optic front sight, and they work great together. Also a good setup for competition.

Perhaps I should mention the main body of the sight pictured on their web site is silver, but the one I just ordered came all black. It still looks fine on a stainless gun.

YUP, THAT'S ESSENTIAL ! ! ! Jack mentions it as such, but it must be ordered separately.......
