HELP!! Forward Block Stuck!!

I've been around this forum for a while, but here's my first post: I'm putting in an Apex Tactical FSS & Trigger kit into my M&P 9c, and the forward block is stuck tight. I took out the roll pin (as instructed by the Apex video), took out the trigger pivot pin, and in the video the metal block just lifts right out. Mine must be stuck on something, because it moves upward about 1/8 of an inch or so and stops. Dead. Can't figure out what's holding it up. Anybody have any wisdom they could impart that might help me figure this out? Any help you could provide would be much appreciate. Thanks!

Did you remove the disassembly lever?

There's nothing holding that thing in the gun once the pivot pin and roll pin are removed, unless the trigger bar is hanging up in the back, but that's pretty easy to spot. However the lever has to come out, too....

(My apologies if you already did that .)

It's a little tricky to re-assemble - the trigger pin needs some fiddling to get the spring and other parts all just right, but if I could figure it out ....

We have a winner! I feel like an idiot now. I was watching the video intently and just following the steps, but I completely missed the little move where he took out the lever. After going back and watching more carefully, I saw the step I missed. After that everything went smooth as glass. I now have a crisp, 3.25lb trigger on my 9c. Thank you for the insight, you were spot on!

Almost blind luck .... Glad it worked.

(The disassembly lever was about the only thing left, but the clue was that you didn't mention it. Figured that you'd either forgotten to mention it, or.... )
