Well I bought it and am not sure what exactly it is. 22LR, flat latch, not stamped with a model number.

Pre-model 34. Known as the .22/32 Kitgun. It's called this because it's a .22 built on a .32 size frame. Also, an I-frame judging by the upper side-plate screw. Puts it between 1953 when the .22/32 Kitgun was introduced and 1955 when the upper sideplate screw was deleted. Nice find!!
