Help identify these grips....

Can anyone identify who manufactured these grips?

Got them on a used K-frame revolver some time ago. No manufacturers ID that I can find.

Would like to get a matching set but in round to square butt configuration to properly fit a model 617.

Grips appear to be polished rosewood and have a palm swell [coke bottle shape] and a subtle right thumb rest.

Any help or leads appreciated. Thanks!

Look like later S&W round to square butt. Pic of the inside?

I believe those are made by Badger. S&W sells the same grips with medallions. http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/...57998_757843_757837_ProductDisplayErrorView_N

Those appear to be for a square butt gun, that's why there's a gap at the bottom on your round butt.

The grips pictured look similar to those manufactured by Altamont Grips...Altamont Company - Smith & Wesson ...Altamont often supplies the laminated wood, factory grips on some of the newer Smith & Wesson models sold...from the bluegrassstate
