Help Identifying Production Date 30-1

Recently took in a Model 30-1 and need help identifying the date of manufacturing and maybe an approximate value?

It's a hand ejector in 32 S&W Long with a 2" barrel and fixed sights. It still has the original box and is in near excellent condition.
