Help please cant get hammer back in

So i took apart my trigger group to clean and for the life of me I cannot get the hammer back in. can someone please tell me step by step how to do this? thanks

FWIW, there's no need to disassemble the FCG to clean it or the lower. Spray the FCG and/or the inside of the lower with CLP or something similar and blow it out with about 70-90 psi from an air compressor.

Over 12K through mine and the only time the FCG was disassembled was when i installed a Jard Adjustable FCG.

Yes... Square notch over the lil spring in the back

whew finally figured it out. had the disconnector in wrong the whole time. thanks everyone for the help. apologies to tennreb for sounding like a jerk in my reply. i was fired up! thanks again. probably wont be taking it apart in the near future lol

Also take notice which way the springs are installed and facing.

I charge $35. when people bring me a trigger in a box. Makes them think twice about doing it again. I'll do it free though if it is broke.

Glad you got it back together, Pete. I've built several ARs and still forget how to put the fire control group back together...everything's cool. Shooting is a lot more relaxing.
