Help with a Model 14-2

I just purchased a beautiful Model 14-2 Masterpiece 6 inch from a woman, her husband passed away. I plan on keeping it forever. I am hoping to get some help figuring out the year of production. The serial number is: K485242. I would apprediate any help I can get.
