Help with a squeezer

A friend purchased an old lemon squeezer and I was wondering if anyone could tell me an approximate age by the serial #38757. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you

Welcome to the Forum. By the SN, it may be an early one, but you have to tell us if it is definitely an S & W (there were plenty of lookalikes made by other companies), and a .32 or .38.
