Help with Covid Vaccine, have you had yours??

I got my first shot about 2 weeks ago. I felt a little puny for a few days but nothing to write home about. Lately though, I've been REALLY fatigued and sleep a lot more than I already sleep (a lot).

Has anybody else noticed anything that could be related to the vaccine?

A friend of mine felt the same way, it started 4 days after getting the shot, I don't know how long it lasted.

Got the Johnson and Johnson single dose a week ago, zero issues.

My shoulder hurt for 3 days......
Next one is on MARCH 25th.

My arm was a bit sore for a couple of days. Not thinking well, I took it
in the left arm, and I always sleep on my left side, so that was my fault.
I get my 2nd shot on the 19th. I'll try to remember to get it in my right
arm.

I had a little fatigue the day after getting the Pfizer vaccine. I am scheduled for #2 on the 22nd.

I've had both the Pfizer shots without any adverse reaction.

Had one then caught Covid and was sick for 2 weeks, get the second shot 4/1/21. When I went to the after hours clinic I had a sinus infection. The nurse stuck a cotton swab in my nose, the Doctor want a chest x-ray, turn out to be Covid-19, pneumonia, and a major sinus infection. So between the time I got the 1st shot I found someone who was willing to give me Covid-19

Slight arm soreness that didn't last long.
The single banger sounds good, one and done.

First shot just a slight sore arm.

Second shot sore arm that lingered
for several days. Day after the second
shot felt fatigued but nothing serious.

Coincidence does not prove any correlation. Stuff happens for other reasons.

Fatigue can be one of the side effects. But here is not any clinical evidence that anything that doesn't start until 4 days after the shot, or is going on two weeks after, has anything to do with the vaccine.

Got my second shot of Moderna on 3-1. Shoulder has been a lot more sore than after the first shot and have experienced fatigue and sleeping more. They told me some mild reactions were more likely after the second shot. I couldn't care less. The virus kills us old folks and I don't want it.

I was achy the next day after both the Moderna shots. My friend (in her late 70's), was achy after the first one and had no problems after the second one.

I was asked to get my shots early because of the vulnerable community I volunteer with (I/DD adults and teens). As things open up a little, I really hope that you conspiracy theorists stay away from the rest of the world, especially the people I'm trying to help.

Received the first dose of Moderna vaccine two weeks ago. About 3 hours later I developed a killer headache (I seldom have headaches). Went home, dozed off for a few hours, felt better. Next day the headache went away completely.

I have been sleeping more than usual. Normally I am a 5 to 6 hours per night sleeper, but now I am drifting off in the evenings for several hours, then up in the middle of the night, and another 3 or 4 hours sleep in the early AM hours.

Scheduled for the second dose on the 27th.

By the way, I tested negative for Covid prior to taking the vaccination. Apparently I made it through a full year, taking minimal precautions, and had no infection. Just part of that 99.7% survivability thing, I guess. Knock on wood. Fingers crossed. Keeping a close eye out for black cats. Avoiding cracks in the sidewalks. Maintaining a proper balance of dilute ethyl alcohol solution in my circulatory system, purely precautionary.

Mrs. swsig and I have had both doses of Pfizer. First shot: Slight soreness for a couple of days for each of us, nothing serious. Second shot: Mrs swsig (who is tiny) had more soreness that lasted nearly a week, but it was nothing she couldn't handle. I'm the opposite of tiny, and my reaction was more itchyness than soreness. I had a raised lump on the injection site that was 2 inches across, and it lasted about a week. It was like having a giant mosquito bite. Very weird.

And yeah, it could be anything and I have enough health problems that it could be ANYTHING. But I wanted to hear what people had to say, if that was a common reaction. If it is I got a pretty strong dose which is not unusual for me. I'e got about 2 weeks until the next shot. If it doesn't resolve in a few days, I'll check with the, or one of, my many doctors.

FWIW, Moderna, 1st very mild arm soreness, 2nd mild soreness again, at 12 hours post injection very fatigued and brief period of hard chills, then fine. Mrs. Pawncop had no issues with either injection.

I got the first Pfizer on Jan. 28th and the 2nd on Feb. 18 Arm was sore for 2 days after each shot. Funny thing is my mother who is 101 and a half (She added the half not me) had no side effects after both injections of the Pfizer Vaccine.
