I can across over 1000 rounds of Vintage Ammo
of all kinds.

All Have the Number 2 Stamped on them.

About all I can say is that they are earlier pinfire rounds, probably for revolver use. Pinfire guns were much more popular in Europe than in the USA, ca. mid -19th Century. There were also pinfire shotshells made. No idea what the 2 headstamp means. There are cartridge collectors who specialize in pinfire ammunition. This guy is the acknowledged pinfire expert. I strongly suggest you contact him pronto. You could could have some serious value there if you have 1000. Pinfire Ammo for Sale

Just my opinion, but I believe the headstamp should be viewed with the pin pointing up. Then yours would be some stylized 7 or other character.

What you have are a bunch of S&B 7mm pinfire cartridges and are pretty hard to find, I see them go for around $20 a round and up. Very nice.
