Help With Value of 1980s Knife

I'm very new to the Forum and thought I would reach out to you for a little help in identifying a S&W knife I purchased new while in the Air Force...probably in the early 1980s. It is new and has never been used since it is so unique looking. It has a hard rubber handle, a 4" blade, and has etching of waterfowl in flight on the blade. The blade says Stainless and USA. The blade and the scabbard have the S&W Logo on them. Any help with the possible value of the knife would be most welcome.

I don't have a clue as to the value but I've got one just like it still in the box but mine doesn't have ducks on the blade. I too would be interested in knowing the value.
