OK, rant over. Going back to my happy place, now.

This is about education through erroneous assertion, right? Point taken. :)

Anyway, those are nice revolvers regardless of what you call them.

Fun with terminology

Somehow this puts me in mind of an Abraham Lincoln story. Lincoln is discussing something with his cabinet, and they are not getting the point.

Irritated, he asks, "How many legs does a horse have?"

"Four," comes the reply.

"And if I call the horse's tail a leg, how many legs does he have?"

"Well, five, Mr. President."

"No! It's still four! Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it one!"

Take your meds and call us in the morning.

Alas, had we ALL been born brilliant, enlightened, and informed, there would be no need for this board. ;)

Who was this guy Lincoln, and why does he talk to cabinets?
Do you really beleeeve tha cabinet talks back?

SP, wish you would not show pictures of that 5", 5-screw Model 24 any more. It makes my cut down, 5" 24-3 look pathetic and it makes me feel inadequate. (smile)

Hey, sarcasm is my prerogative.

Took my meds... what's your number?

Just one question:
Do those "Model 10s" have pencil barrels or pre-pencil barrels?
