I just joined this past weekend after purchasing a 9mm shield. Very excited to shoot this gun. Not knew to S&W. I've had a model 29 for 35 years. I'm a little concerned about the shield. I haven't shot it yet but I took it apart and the feed ramp of the barrel is nicked up. I don't know if that's normal or a problem. Any feedback would be appreciated! Glad to be a part of the forum.
