High Round Counts For SD's?

How durable is your SD? Has anyone out there shot a lot of rounds through your SD? If so, has it held up? Has anything needed to be replaced?

On a related note, as your round count has risen, have you noticed any change in reliability?

Approx. 2000 rounds and a lot of dry fires through my SD9 VE without one issue of any type. Gun is totally stock, trigger was a little rough at first but it is fine now. Couldn't be happier with this gun!

I have a 40sdve and have about 1500 rounds with only a couple minor issues. Fail to feed which I think was user error since they were my first and second time shooting this gun, which happens to be my first semi-automatic. Gun is stock and plan on keeping it that way.

I've got about 850 rounds through my SD9VE and nothing to report except "BANG!". Whole bunch of brands and grains...I just got a bunch of reloaded rounds with various brass in 124gr and about 100 of them have gone A-OK. It's had nothing but Froglube and alcohol touch it, all good for about 10 months.

1200 rounds through my Sd9ve only one hiccup and that's was a FTFeed. My mom was handling the pistol at the time and I think she rode the slide forward a bit and caused it to hang on feed ramp. And in the guns defense it was nearing 350 rounds and was extremely dirty... I installed the AET trigger last week and I'm curious to try it out.

Right at 1,000 for my SD9 and like many of the others, I have not had any fasilures to report at all. The gun is stock and has broken in very nicely, especially the trigger, it keeps getting better. If you thinking about buying one do it and enjoy.

I bought my SD9 about a year and a half ago. Would like to have shot it a lot more than I have, but ammo prices and shortages got in the way of that.

ive put approx 2500 rounds through my SD40VE since october when i got it (yes i know i have a addiction to shooting) i put over 1000 through it one weekend. no issues. love this gun, its my EDC now
