I don't have Hi Viz but I do have bright red fiber optic on two guns and it makes shooting a lot more fun. But I only have them on the front...rears seem a bit overkill to me.
this is another very reputable company...they don't list the Shield but it's worth a call..
I do not have these on any of my weapons currently, but the owner of one of my favorite local gun shops has these on his carry Glock 19. He showed it to me and it made such an impression on me, that I am currently looking at replacing the sights on a few of my guns with these. The sights are really bright and target acquisition is a breeze. The are only two issues with these sights. One is that drawing your weapon could cause a problem due to the sights tend to stick out more than the original sights. Although my friend did not have this problem with his kydex holster, another type such as a cloth or even leather could be an issue. Two is that the sights work great during the daytime but at night, they are not very bright since they depend on a light source to become bright. Could be a problem if you are carrying at night to say the least. An alternative is to take a look at TruGlo sights. Their TFO sights are a combination of fiber optics and tritium. They are not as bright as FO during the day (but are definitely brighter than night sites or other traditional ones), but since they have the tritium, they work great at night too. I do have these on my Glock 26 and I am very pleased with them.

I have a fiber optic front sight on the M&P 40Pro Series I just aquired. The first range session went well this morning and I really like the optic front sight.
I have found that installing these sights in the front position (only) has really improved my shooting. I've used this brand on several of my SIGs, and on my 625. I've got red on one, but have had better results with the neon green.
