Anyone using full size 17 round mags in a 9c have any feed reliability problems?

I read the compacts and full size mags use the same magazine spring by the way

I ran well over 1k trouble free rounds in my 1.0 9c using full size (factory) mags. Used an Xgrip adapter to fill the gap. In fact that was the only way I cared to shoot the compact as I just didn’t do as well using the std/shorter mags.

Many, many owners of the M&P Compacts run the full size magazines in them

While I do not own a 9c, I have a 357c and use the full size magazines as my reloads. I have no idea how many rounds I have put down the pipe using the longer magazines

There is a company called X-Grip that makes spacers to fill in the gap. They do nothing more than make it feel beter in the hand and look better

I use them just for the looks

I keep buying used 17 round mags from my 9c. They work great and I like the added capacity. Never had any issues.

My EDC is either a Compact 2.0 or 9c and a full size 17 round spare. I routinely practice at the range with this gear. The full size spares run flawlessly. And I don't use spacers either.

I use the 15 round magazines made for the Compact 2.0 with a sleeve spacer to fill the gap. They are short enough to still conceal carry with them but I get a full grip. Never have a problem with the factory mags and sleeves to fill the gap.
