I have some papers and photos out of a old house
On Wheeling Island ,while some are easy to research
This one picture has stumped every one so far.
Everything in attic is union related. Can anyone ID
This picture ,heads are pasted on.picture appears to
be hand drawn in black ink.

Post pictures of the reverse of the drawing. Let me / us know what material it is printed on. Any history associated or surrounding the letter 'B'?

I was always taught (or learned over time rather) not to look at the signature, but the piece or item itself.

This style was popular in Germany at one time and made it's way over here. Most likely, it is a political cartoonist's work. If local, it will be difficult to ascertain an origin. Jay N. (Ding) Darling, for which I am breaking my own rule, seems to be a likely candidate for having drawn this.

It is usually not effective to theorize in advance of the facts. Get us/me more information and I can probably nail it down for you...That is, anything in this area, which is prominent (company, an act, a law, etc.) that begins with the letter 'B'. It seems the subjects are meeting in the middle or agreement or supporting a cause.

The key will be to determine the meaning of the B in the triangle. The starting assumption should be that in 1911 this was a logo or symbolic representation of something, a company, institution, whatever, which would have been commonly recognizable, so as to not require explanation.

The whole point of cartoons was, after all, to make a point without needing elaboration, just by using commonly understood imagery. The problem we face is that the imagery of 1911 isn’t ours

The faces are too generic to be any help without that context.

Bellaire, Ohio held a course regarding safety for accident prevention probably at the cost of the Mine the workers supported. Those two guys could be the President of the Mine Workers Union and his management opposition. The B could also stand for the Bureau of Mines...I like spitballing.

Maybe the B could stand for Brotherhood (Union), Brotherhood solidarity, or something like that.

I did search Jay Darling , he was the
First name that popped up. Pretty
Sure it was not him .Paper is heavy
Card stock,3 initials on back DNB.
Triangle shirt Co. Fire in 1910
keeps popping up but I think it
Is minor political statement.
Someone trying to get votes.

Triangle is key but I have come

Ivan you may be right , hair parted on wrong side
But my picture may be reversed.
Have over 5000 pics of him on internet ,I am going
To look at them and see if B in a triangle pops up.

Again, it may be difficult to pinpoint...not impossible.
