Hodgdon 2010 Annual Manual

Picked up a Hodgdon Annual Manual from a magazine rack this afternoon. Noticed in the Relative Burn Rates chart on p. 65 that Alliant Red Dot is listed as the 5th fastest of the 119 powders listed. Alliant Bullseye comes in at 9th fastest.

Wasn't Bullseye always listed as faster burning than Red Dot? Is there a new and faster Red Dot? Am I having a senior moment? Is this a misprint?

I just checked a couple of old manuals. They both list Bullseye as being faster than Red Dot.

Hodgdon's website has a Burn Rate chart where Red Dot is faster than Bullseye -

But if you go to Alliant's site, their Reloader's Guide lists Bullseye first and Red Dot third in burn rate. I guess Alliant should know.
