Hogue Rubber Monogrip For J Frame, Like Or Dislike?

I carry a J frame in front pocket, with those grips I feel like I have a double meat whopper in my pocket. They really do improve the shootability though. Guess if you carried on a belt holster it wouldn't matter as much.

Have that Houge grip on 3 in M60 357 mag (outside the belt holster) , but routed off the huge right advertisement. For me, way to big for 2 in j frame concealed.

For you CCW folks in other states I can understand your concerns with the Monogrips. Here in Calif. CCW is a pipe dream for almost all of us.

I have to admit, I've fallen in love with these cheap j-frame grips and it's a pleasure to shoot with them! They are so light, (even lighter than almost all the smaller wood or solid rubber j-frame grips), yet give such a secure purchase.

I hate the Hoge Rubbers, I have a drawer full of them.
Take them off as soon as I buy the gun.

Rule 303

Hey Rule 303,
Since you have a drawer full, send me a couple pair of your Hogue Monogrips and I'll even pay for the postage! :)

They defeat the purpose of a compact revolver...if you want comfort, shoot a k or l frame...to me giant grips on a j-frame are like buying a corvette and adding a trailer to pull your 6 kids in...

BK GRIP adapters (bkgrips.com) on my 36, Laser grips for old eyes on my 642.

The BK Grip adapters are only available in gloss black at the present.
