Hi,
Was wondering what works good for these hammerless models?
Was thinking to wear on my belt and in my pocket too...

I carry my 642 inside the waistband at the 1:00 position. I use an uncle mikes IWB holster which I modified slightly to allow the gun to ride lower. Very comfortable and secure... the belt offers enough restraint to keep the gun from flying out, but not so much that it's hard to remove.

Thanks for the replies!:)

Anyone familiar with the Uncle Mike's Hidden Hammer Super Belt Slide Holsters? Looks like a nice set-up for belt and possibly pocket too. Not a bad price either...

My original concern was that without a hammer, some of the traditional holsters wouldn't keep this concealed hammer revolver secure...this one seems to address that.

The four holsters I own for my 642:

Desantis Nemesis Pocket ($20, very comfortable, won't come out with the gun, best pocket holster IMHO)

Alessi Talon (Best clip holster)

Milt Sparks Summer Special (Great IWB holster)

Mika's (another great pocket holster)

Any of these are good choices.

Galco and Active Pro Gear holsters for me. Both brands secure the gun very well.

Be safe.

Thanks Everyone!
This gives me some good choices with a variety of ways to carry.:)

I generally carry my 642 in my pocket in a Mike Pocket Holster. On the rare occasion that I don't feel like carrying anything bigger IWB, it rides in a Brommeland Max Con V, which is a fantastic IWB holster for any pistol.
