Please recommend me a IWB holster for my 9mm M&P Shield
I don't want to buy 25 holsters before I find a good comfortable one for my EDC.
Pictures and websites are welcome.
Thanks

I have a CYA that I bought from a forum member. It's the best by far that I own. It's made of "plastic," I can't think of the material name. I covered the side that touches my body with mole skin that I purchased at WalMart.
Don't know what to tell you but it works for me. CYA has a web site, and is veteran owned.

Have a blessed day,

Leon

I own a Bianchi 100 Professional IWB holster size 13 that works great for the Shield. There are plenty of sellers and you might even find a used one here or on eBay.

How are you going to carry? Apendix or behind the hip? I have the older Alien gear and it works great but is hot (Atlanta). The thing with Alien gear is you can order a different shell if you change carry pistols. Just a few screws and your set. I also use a Remora holster with shorts, no belt needed put it where you want and it stays.

Ya gotta buy twenty five holsters to find what works. It's the rules man.

Maybe I'll get lucky on the first try ?
Thanks for all your help guys.

The thing I look for is an adjustable cant so I can place it at the angle that is most comfortable. The PJ holster doesn't look like you can change the angle. You have to choose on order. I don't know what angle I like best.

+1 for Alien Gear- only thing is with some of them the belt retention screws in the loops may come loose once in a while. A dab of loctite will fix that once you have it where you want it.

Foxx out of Detroit also makes a solid IWB (what I’ve been using for past year or so).

I've tried about every holster mentioned in this thread. It just goes to show the individuality in holster fit. Having said that, I have two holsters which are, for me, head and shoulders above all others I have tried. One, for IWB carry is a Comp-Tac Mtac I recently purchased. I have never had an IWB holster that was so comfortable. Additionally, for AIWB, I have found, for me, the JM Custom Kydex to be the most comfortable for appendix carry. There are many others I like, many of which have been suggested in this thread. However, these two, for me, surpass all others in comfort.

Check out Lobogunleathers.com . They've made 2 IWB holsters for me and I will buy from them again. Good quality and good prices.
