A little while back I asked the forum about holsters for my R8. I needed a duty holster and a thigh rig for work. I got a couple of responses most of which were from people in the same boat, looking for a holster to accommodate the gun with the light and/or optics. I checked with Blade-Tech and they built one for the R8 sans the light. I ordered one and am extremely pleased with it. I am expecting a call back reference building one for the gun with the light mounted. They also have a system which allows you to detach the holster from one rig and clip it into another. I am awaiting delivery on this. If anyone is interested I will keep you posted
