Holster ID help

Hello gents, I inherited some guns, and accessories. In this bundle was a black basket weave S&W branded Bianchi holster. It has two sets of numbers stamped on it: the first set #S1411, the second #58. Can anyone tell me what revolvers this holster fits? Thanks gents.

Disregarding the fitment number, which is unfamiliar to me, the holster IS familiar to me as Bianchi's 99A for the S&W M59 auto. I created it while the company's r&d 'chief' and it is simply remarked for their brief fling with making an S&W line after I left the company; so 1990s.
