((( UPDATE ))): Just to let you guys know. I haven't forgot all your advice, and I sincerely thank you all for that. But I was at one of my old shooting buddies houses yesterday. And I happened to mention I was looking for a holster for a 6' inch K-22. And He went over and dug out of a big box a old leather Hunter Holster model number 2200-9, that looks like it has never been used, and said it would fit them. And He just gave it to me. When I got it home I checked and my 6' inch K-22`s and my 6' inch K-38 fit in it very well. But my 6' inch SS 617 fit in the holster like a glove. And I have been thinking really hard about what some of You Guys advised me to do. To use my SS 617 to carry in the holster for hunting or just out walking in the woods plinking. And save the blueing on my K-22`s & K-38. The old Leather Hunter Holster is nothing fancy but it fits me both strong hand or cross draw. And it also fits on an old shoulder holster harness that I have had for a long time. So I think I have solved my problem about wanting to carry and shoot a nice K-22 in the field. But I will just be carrying a 6-inch SS 617 instead. Thanks again for all your help and advise, I really appreciated it.
