I have a 908S and am considering a holster from Galco, the F.L.E.T.C.H. High Ride for the 3913 since they do not list the 908's. A rep from Galco said there would be no problem with the 3913 holster for the 908. Any experiences from you guys. Hume does not have one listed for the 908.

It's my understanding that the 908 is identical in shape to the 3913, except that the edges of the slide aren't as rounded. In that case, I don't think you'll run into any problems using a 908 in a 3913 holster.

And the Fletch is my holster of choice when I carry my 3913 OWB. It will serve you well. You should also take a look at the Crossbreed SuperTuck if you decide to try IWB carry with your 908.

The holster will work fine for your 908. Just put the pistol in a large freezer bag and leave it in the holster a couple days.

wefski,
RogueJSK's comments about the 908 and 3913 are right on. I have 2 908's and 1 3913 and posted the following about holsters back in August:

"Galco Summer Comfort model SUM250, Galco Scout model SCT250. They are an IWB holsters that also fit the SIG P229, but absolutely fits my 908 and 3913LS perfectly. A lady at a store that sells 99% to major metro police fitted it for me. She was phenominal at pulling out holsters from Galco, Don Hume, and Bianchi that fit the 908 and my 3913LS perfectly.
I use the Scout IWB for my 908 and the Summer comfort for my 3913. I prefer the Summer Comfort because it keeps the holster and gun in place 100% of the time with no shifting when I place the two snap straps between a belt loop on pants, jeans, or shorts. The Summer Comfort rides the gun higher on your body (which I didn't think I would like at first) which I have found to be favorable on my large 6'3", 285 lb body. Hope this helps. Check out SHOOT1SAM's and Kollin's recommendations too."
