I've recently had several requests for holster to fit the original Model 39 S&W and for N-frame S&W's. So I checked around for "dummy guns" (cast aluminum or polymer, made from the real thing, accurate down to the serial numbers) like I usually use for holster forming. No luck.

So, I found a used Model 39 and a used Model 29 and bought them.

Several customers now have their holsters, customers are happy. I get to add to my gun collection and take a tax deduction for business expenses, I'm happy.

Life is good.

Sorry, no web-site. There are plenty of big-name, high-dollar makers with long waiting lists. I haven't planned on becoming one of them. My e-mail is on file here, or you can PM me with your questions, needs, wants, etc.

Best regards,

Don't you love it when a plan comes together.

I'll second that motion.

See my profile for e-mail address, send me your e-mail address and I will be happy to provide photos. I make several different styles, plain and lined, classic oiled-tan, black, and cordovan brown. Available for many popular handguns, and for quite a few of the oldies-but-goodies.

Thanks for your interest. I'm not hear to advertise for business, but there are obviously quite a few folks on this forum with specific needs and wants. I will do my best to help. Most of my production holsters run between $39 and $69. Production time is usually about 2 weeks.
