Next year, mine will be a Gallatin, Tennessee marked Beretta. Perhaps a model 92, or an over/under 28 gauge.

At the top of my 'won the Lotto' purchases would be a Sig P210 legend w/American release and a .22 kit for same. Something Freedom Arms, too, like a Casull, more so I could just admire the fit and finish, LOL.

Ah heck I dunno....would love a birth year pre 27, and maybe an older horsey marked 1911. Probably ought to buy another .308 of some sort, but thats mostly cause I have a ton of ammunition and nuthin to shoot it with.....

From your list, the German Luger and maybe the Python. Bought a Colt Trooper earlier this year; It lasted about 3 weeks before I traded it for a S&W nickel plated 3" Model 37 no dash.
S&W 52-A, in 38 AMU. Only 70 something were made.
Edited to add: here's a couple of Mausers, the early cone hammer variety. One of them has a 'Mauser Cartridge .303" sight. Also a couple of Lugers: one is a Model 1906 American Eagle in 7.65mm, the other an Artillery. I don't know if the stock is original, and would appreciate comments on that.

Do you mean Swiss made versus German made? A real SIG from Neuhausen vs. a SIG Sauer from Eckernförde?
If you get a Swiss model, go for the 210-6 with adjustable sights and the fixed hammer group. They have a target trigger and hammer, too.

I just got a Korth Sport in the rare .32 S&W Long cartridge with extra Nill grips and a nice history.
An older gentleman with whom I have been shooting for a few years is scaling back and offered it to me. He had ordered a .32 S&W Long from Korth but there had been a delivery timeof several years. One day, almost three years later, he was contacted by one of the investors, who had pulled out of Korth, and since Korth could not repay him, took 42 guns instead. He had offered them to my friend in 1996 and he had it in his gentle care since then.
The upper gun is a similiar Korth Sport in .357 Mag from 1983.

Hmm... sounds like a fun game... most of mine are fairly pedestrian models (or were at the time of production, anyway - and not unobtainalble now - just most of them beyond my budget.

ANY pre-model number S&W .44 special, but while we're dreaming, just make it a 4" 1950 target (I have a 24-3 4", which sure ain't bad, and probably as close as I'm likely to get)

Originally it was a Russian SVD. Due to astronomical prices I picked up a Romanian PSL before prices on those also went crazy.
It ain't too pretty but it shoots great.
The only downside is having to stick with lighter bullet weights.

I didn't know Vickers build 1911s, although they did build some lugers. Please elaborate; I'm interested.
