Hoping for Randall pistol knowledge input

Hi all, if I have read-up well, this is an A231. I'm wondering if the sights are OEM?

My memory is bad, but I thought they had used Millett's. The only Millett's I've ever seen are with a thin, w/o rear, and a bright red ramped front.

The sights themselves appear correct, not so sure about the white outline and white dot. Nice looking Randall.
