Hornady Critical Defense bullets?

I have an old 38 spcl 1921/ Mp 5 screw....and a Model 64 38 special. Is this ammo ok to shoot in them? If not what should I use. Thanks

This ammo comes in 2 flavors - regular and +P. I would not use the +P in the older gun. See
