Horse Easter egg hunt

This morning I hid alfalfa cubes in the horse pasture. The horses went around sniffing through the grass until they found them. I called it the horse Easter egg hunt. Who says country life is boring.

That's a pretty good idea....and all that I gave mine were carrots!

Alfalfa cubes, do they grow naturally? Prepackaged?
Or is hardware and/or mechanical ability required?
Perhaps a tool designed as a press? For instance...

Maybe Rusty1953 could use one for packaging his leftover landscape material?

Those look like very healthy, contented, and well cared for animals. I'd bet Alfalfa cubes at Easter are not the only treats they get.
