How about a Model 66 and Model 67 picture thread

Nothing fancy, but she's been with me for 20+ years, the longest I've kept any one gun!

66-2 recently acquired. It is wearing Herrett Jordan Trooper stocks, which I had on my original Model 66 I was issued when on the PD. I bought it after we went to Sig P226's, but I regrettably sold it, and eventually had to have another one.

Any more of these beauties folks want to share? I am especially enamored with the 67.

I've posted this pic before, but since this a Model 66 thread, I thought it might be appreciated again.

Thanks guys.

I see we have a "model 66" tag here on this site, but not a "model 67" tag. Is there not enough interest or discussion of the M67 on the S&W forum?

My favorite is a 66-3 with a 3" barrel, to me this is the perfect Model 66.
My second favorite is a NIB 67 no dash that will remain unfired for my collection. I have another 67 that I shoot.

66's

Here's a couple. There have been a few additions since I took this pic. I have added a 6" 66 no dash (lettered) and a couple more 3" guns. The 66 pictured is a 6 1/8" gun.
