Here's the newest member, a 2 1/2y/o male Cocker Spaniel. Someone dumped this little guy off at the city pound.

Next is his buddy, another resque dog from a couple of years ago. A male, mostly Australian Shepard. He was found living in a garage with 45 other dogs. The next pic is what he looked like when I first saw him in the animal shelter.

Last is one of the 6 cats that roam the house. Can't remember what type she's supposed to be but it's some kind of very timid breed. She forgot to read the notice though. She gets her way.

They all get along though but they all have their own little personalitys for sure.

GORGEOUS cat. Siamese-type coloring, but Angora-type fur. Interesting.

This is my son's dog, Champ. Two year old border collie, they are as close as two peas in a pod . . . every boy should have a dog growing up.

These are without a doubt the two most lazy dogs on the planet. But I can't imagine life without them, no more than I could imagine life without Mrs. jframe.

All great pets, our one true friend thru thick & thin.

ShortRanger's 'special' pet from a few pages back is, I believe, a Fruit Bat pup.
Hope you don't mind SR but I had to save that one, I've already got the neighbor lady convinced I found one in her yard.

How old is that "Hot Rod" magazine you're reading, with an "L&M" cigarette ad on the back???!!!

This is Emmie, our 9 year old Cocker Spaniel, sleeping in the van on the way to Jackson, Wyoming.

We had a Cocker when my daughter was little. I always thought she was the dumbest dog I'd ever met. After we lost her to cancer, I got to thinking, and figured out that she was a whole lot smarter than I ever gave her credit for! She was also incredibly patient with my little girl.

Believe it or not, they're Smith and Wesson!

4 months old, Shepherd, Border Collie Malamute mix.

My favorite everyday companion was Casper, who I lost to a stroke at 14.5 yr before last Christmas. He found the Halloween candy by the door last year - oddly, he liked 'KitKats'!

When I went to close his account at the vets, they had a tail-less orange tabby kitten who had been left in a sock inside a box on their stoop.'Sock Kitty' became Delilah - she's something else. No where near the companion he was, she had to be saved. My vet called me a week ago - she had a young flame point Siameese - he looked like Casper. I named him Elmer - like the glue (He is white and 'adheres' to you - like Elmer's Glue!). Yeah, I named him that to spite my wife - she thinks it is a really dumb name! I'll get a picture of him soon.

She is as pompous as she looks.
