My 1960 Colt National Match. Gun was mint in original box , but looks like the box got damp and ya can see the top 1/4in of the slide. Otherwise it appeared unfired , but it's not anymore. It is incredibly accurate and reliable with a sweet trigger.
Shown with my 1963 Colt NM.
My carrying Commander. Gun was Nitexed back in the 80s. Added an Officers ACP grip safety to prevent hammer bite.

This one started life as a $200 Springfield Armory Inc. 9mm , it soon got a NOS Remington Rand slide which I had slow-rust blued , along with all the other .45 parts.
My truck gun , Essex frame , Brazillian surplus slide , and all USGI surplus parts rounding it out , including a Viet-Nam era chrome-lined barrel.
