I would like to add one of these PC 327 JM revolvers to my collection. I've looked around for a while but have yet to find one for sale.

How many of these were made? What would you think is the current price range? And, finally, how likely am I to find one for sale?

Thanks!

It would be somewhere around $955 to 1200 for a used one and I have some hens teeth for sale if you know what I mean.

i have the PC 625 JM...5.5"...its not an easy one to locate either at least not the PC model...good luck and let us know

Thanks for the responses, guys. A quick follow up question--who makes the front sight on this revolver? I'd love to get my hands on an interchangeable version of this sight for my PC 686 Hunter.

I don't know who makes it but I could not obtain one from S&W. They sent me a fiber optic front sight instead.
I have used both the 327 JM PC and 627 PC. The 327 comes back on target faster than than the 627. I thought that the heavier gun would have the advantage.

The more I look at that sight, the more I want it. It would work SOOOO well on my 686s. Admittedly, it is not a "pretty" sight, but seems like it would work much better than the standard/hooded fiber optic sights.

I wanted to get one for my 627 but the folks at S&W could not determine which sight I wished to purchase. It does stick out like the proverbial sore thumb.
