I tend to not look at a guys crotch so I have not "busted" somebody wearing one, nor do I ever expect too.
I wear one sometimes and in the 8 years I have had either of the 2 holsters mentioned I can't say anybody ever cared if they did notice.

I like smartcarry better if opinions are counted.

Sir, I once saw someone using a SmartCarry. The tipoff? Well, it's kinda hard to miss a guy undoing his trousers in public.

Hope this helps, and Semper Fi.

I've used a Smartcarry on and off for about 4 years and it's worked fine for me, never been spotted that I know of, and most guys aren't going to look at another guys crotch anyhow.

Sorry but I have to ask????

Why was he undoing his trousers in public?

Sir, I'm not sure. This was in a gun shop, so maybe he was testing a new gun's fit in his jockstrap holster thing. Struck me as being a little odd.

Hope this helps, and Semper Fi.

Checking a new gun fit would make sense.

I was just wondering because a male should be able to, draw the gun, use the rest room (stand up transaction), basically complete a day without undoing the belt/button on their pants.

Thanks for the reply.

I use a Tee Shirt Holster called "A Better Holster" sold by a company in Ohio. I can carry a full-sized 1911, two magazines, a large folding knife, and a cellphone in one of their T Shirts, under a Tee Shirt and not be "busted." I've walked into the Police Station to show it off to a LT friend and then to the detectives. Its is a great concept for undercover.

Im not sure Id trust a firearm pointed in that region, doesnt seem safe..... But Ill say one thing... They need to update their website pictures. Looks like that one girl just left a Poison concert in 1984. :D

Tried it with an off-duty cop. Never guessed....

I was in my favorite range/store and I overheard a guest mention to the clerk that he was looking for a BUG. His dept. carried G22 or G23's and they were recommending a G27 for a BUG. He complained that it seemed too big to conceal.

I walked over and said, "OK. I'm packing a G27 and a spare mag. I will buy you a box of ammo if you can tell me where it is."

I even pulled my shirt tight around my waist so it would be clear I wasn't tucking it IWB. After doing a few turns, I lifted both my pant legs and showed I didn't have an ankle holster.

After a minute he said, "I give up!"

I pulled my pant waistband down just enough to show the butt of the G27 and then I 'knocked' on the rest of it with my knuckle.

I told him, I almost forgot I was wearing it and that it's perfect in shorts.

He was sold and asked for the info. I gave it to him and gave him some tips.

Even when he knew I had a piece, he could not spot it.

Pretty cool.

I Love Smartcarry.

Jimmy

And yes, It also works well with fit women.
