How much cylinder wobble is acceptable on a 5-screw K-frame?

How much rotational play/wobble is acceptable on a 5-screw era K-frame?

I'm used to Colt's that lock up completely with the trigger pulled, and some people say Smiths should lock up tight, while other people say they should have wobble.

I'm debating whether to replace the cylinder stop on mine to reduce the wobble.

With the cylinder open, should the cylinder stop have any side-to-side play through the window on the frame? I know it's spring loaded and goes up and down a little, but there is also a bit of left and right play if i push it side to side with my finger.

A little bit as described is ok. There must be some clearance of parts to avoid friction and ease of function.
