I may be looking for a 38/44 Heavy Duty
Date; late ‘40’s early ‘50’s in nearly mint condition, all original and not modified to shoot .357’s. Interested in knowing how difficult this will be to find and its probable price. Thanks

A guess $1500 to $2500, may e more depending on who the seller is and the manner of purchase...i.e. Auction, private sale.. they are out there, but with boxes and tools there are fewer.

If you're just looking for the gun, not a correct complete package then no more than $1200 I would say. Browse GB for a while. They are out there.
