Here you go....
Get your ribs and put them into a big ot of water..Add the water just so the ris stick out maybe a inch and a half. Add 3 garlic cloves chopped and 1 whole white onion. Boil on high heat for 30 to 45 minutes.......This will get them pretty much cooked and ready to fall of the bone.
For the sauce
1.5 cups brown sugar
1 ginger root
1/4 cup of favorie terriyaki sauce
1/4 cup of Orange Juice
2 limes
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 teaspooons of the following:
Peprika
Sea Salt
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
In a medium sauce pan add a spoonful of butter and once melted mice the ginger root and toss into the butter...Let it cook about 2 minutes then add your brown sugar and mix till its a nice gooey brown tar...add the OJ and rest of the spice and oil.....cook about 4 minute son high then set aside.
Take ribs and put them on grill on lowest heat setting for about 3 minutes a side...just get em nice and warm......
Sauce will be very thick and heavy...thats why i heat ribs up first in grill so sauce sort of thins when they touch the heated meat...
get a big pice of tin foil and one by one take the ribs off the Q and fully baste them up..Once there all done turn your flame on high for 1 minute till its sear ready..Then toss all teh ribs on their for 1.5 miutes a side.....then put a wet towel nest to you and enjoy!!!!
